Find help with playback, saved cases and the incident library.

Playing an episode

Open Library and choose a case with an available video. Tap Play to begin. Use the landscape control for a wider view, or select a marked event to jump to that part of the film. Only films with original radio appear in the playable library. Cases awaiting recordings remain available for research.

Free films and purchases

US Airways 1549, JFK 2023 (American 106 / Delta 1943), and Southwest 1380 are free. Full Archive is an optional one-time purchase unlocking the remaining available films. It is not a subscription. Research entries do not yet contain films. Open a locked film or About to see the localized App Store price.

To restore a previous purchase, use Restore Purchases in About or the unlock screen while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Buying and restoring require an internet connection. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.

Offline use

The current native build includes its available films and case records. They can be used offline. Links to official reports, credits and other websites need an internet connection.

Saving a case

Tap the bookmark on a case to add it to Saved. Bookmarks and playback positions are stored on your device. The current app does not provide an online account or app-operated cloud synchronization.

Research entries

Research entries identify incidents under investigation for the collection. They do not yet contain an available film. Available source information is shown separately from completed media.

Do not send unrelated personal information. A screenshot is optional; remove personal details before sending it.

This service is for historical reference. It is not a live air-traffic control service, flight-tracking service or emergency contact.
